Pranayama & Yoga Philosophy Tuesday 1:30-3pm

 Tuesdays 1:30-3:00 pm Nancy will teach a pranayama class, explaining why Pranayama is an important  aspect to yoga. It is the 4th limb of the 8 limbs of yoga  and it will help deepen your asana practice.  Yoga philosophy will be discussed, broadening your understanding of why yoga, what is the goal and how it is achieved. The philosophy will be based on the Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali, and will include references to Vedanta, Vedic traditions and meditations.
