Policies

Please sign in at the front desk before class. All new students must fill out a health form and waiver.

Please arrive at the studio clean and in comfortable clothes. Please refrain from strong smelling perfumes; remove your shoes before entering the studio.

If you arrive late, please enter quietly.

If you need to leave class early, please allow five minutes for savasana (you may use the massage room if it is available).

Please leave the four parking spaces in front of the Laundromat available for their customers. Please don’t park in front of the Family Dollar store.
- Substitute Teachers: We will endeavor to notify students of any upcoming teacher substitutes via the website and notification in class. Sometimes teachers require a substitute on short notice and we will not be able to inform the students.
