Circle of Light Facilitators
Amy Williams is an Ayurvedic Consultant living in Paonia, Colorado. "Meditation isn't about forcing the mind to be silent, but about experiencing the silence that is You. We will begin to release the mind chatter by quietly reciting the mantra, So Hum, utilizing the inhale and exhale. A mantra is a specific sound, or vibration, which when repeated silently helps one to enter deeper levels of awareness. Experiencing pure awareness, or Purusha, is a direct way to tranquility, joy and self love. In this state we re calibrate all bodily, mental , spiritual and emotional systems."
David and Tamara Hauze are local musicians performing many genres of acoustic music nearby and faraway for over 15 years. Bhakti Yoga is an offering they value deeply for themselves and want to share with others. With primarily guitar, harp, and vocal harmonies they lead an accessible and comfortable opportunity to deepen with one's own true nature. Sing robustly or sit quietly. You are encouraged to have your own experience.
Margaret Gilfoyle's professional training includes Usui Reiki Master/Teacher through Reiki Master Zari Paristeh, traditional South American healing through Don Alberto Taxo, Elba Ortiz, Ipupiara and Cleicha and others, and Healing Touch through
